All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include MVA. We reserve the right to change prices in connection with the devaluation, currency fluctuations or MVA changes. We also disclaim liability for errors in price due to error on the page. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The number of items in the shop is updated automatically with each purchase. Goods that are already sold cannot be ordered. Sometimes, however, that we may be out for an item that is available in our online store. This can happen for example if we have not received the ordered number of items and have not had time to correct, or that we have incorrectly packed an order or an order has been lost. If we do not have your item in, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. Then you can choose to cancel the order of the item or leave it as a backorder.
If you want other varieties of a certain product, or a quantity that is above what we have in stock, use the contact form and we can make special arrangements for you. Please let us know your required delivery time in these cases.
We also reserve the right to slight colour variations. Colours can appear differently on different computers and monitors.
Shipping and delivery:
For delivery in Norway, we use the Bring shipping service. All domestic orders are charged 89 NOK for shipping, regardless of the number of items in the order. If your order totals more than 2000 NOK, gooseberry will pay all of the shipping cost.
It is important that you check that you have typed your correct postcode and address of the delivery address. If you live in Tinn Kommune, you do not need to pay any shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange either a home delivery, or a convenient way for you to pick up your items at our office.
If you buy more than 2000 NOK, - we pay your shipping! (Only for domestic shipments). When will the package be sent from here as Service Pack. If you prefer another delivery option (Post vending machines, Express, etc.) then you must contact us and get added to the extra expense it entails.
For international shipments and mail to Svalbard Posten tariffs used by weight. Norwegian tax is deducted from the shopping amount. Please contact us if you are in doubt.
If something happens to your package, you are guaranteed new package, or your money back if we can not deliver the same commodity. It is safe for both you and us!
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email when your order is shipped. You will also receive tracking information so you can keep track of where the package is located. NB! It is important that the email address you provide is accurate, so you can receive this mail and any other e-mails if we need to contact you.
You can pay by card: This is as safe as using the card in a store. Payment processed by Dibs, a secure electronic payment solutions for Visa and MasterCard / Eurocard. With Dibs, the customer has the same guarantees and the same security as in the physical world. There is no storage of card numbers in our online store. Everything is done online with direct authorization of the buyer and seller. Payment pages are secured with SSL and all card details are encrypted.
For security reasons, we do not store your credit card number in our store.
The safest solution on the market is marketed by Visa and MasterCard under the names Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC). The solution means that the parties in the purchase are authenticated. This means that the cardholder, as well as to enter the card number and expiration date, must identify themselves with a code received from the card issuer. The code can be a password, token cards, code chip, or security solution that recognizes the cardholder from your bank.
Disputes and Returns:
When purchasing goods over the internet you have the right to return them within 14 days of the order date. We send a return form with your package. If you wish to return goods to us it is important that you complete this form and ensure that you keep your original packaging.
If the customer wishes to return some goods because they have changed their mind about them, it is the customer who pays the return postage. The customer loses his right to return of goods if the goods are used or otherwise impaired and no longer in salable condition. Goods that are returned cannot be sent COD to us.
Incorrect or missing deliveries:
If you are missing an item or have received the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Check the attached information about the goods before contacting us. Send us an e-mail on email@example.com and write on faktura-/ordrenummer and the item that is missing or incorrectly delivered. If we have made a mistake, we fix up this at no extra cost to you, the customer. If you find that a package is damaged already when you receive it (either at your door or at the post office), you must report this immediately at the site. If you find defects due to shipping damage only when you get home and open the packaging - bring your entire shipment including packaging back to the post office and fill out an injury form. Postal staff will help you complete this.
If you have received an item that is damaged, please also contact us as soon as possible. It is important that you do not throw the packaging the goods came in, we may need it in connection with our insurance.
Gooseberry do not store any other information about the customer than what we need to send out goods. We also do not sell such information. When paying by credit card used a secure remote solution that we are never in contact with the card numbers or bank information, and therefore can not retrieve any such information with us.
